6.1 Due to the unique nature of custom products, no returns or refunds will be accepted for any custom products (including but not limited to specific sizes, colors, logo embroidery, etc.) once production is confirmed.

6.2 For standard products, if you discover any quality defects in materials or workmanship, you must notify us in writing within 7 business days of receipt and provide relevant evidence (such as photos or videos). If we verify that the defect is indeed a quality issue, we will refund or exchange the product, or negotiate a refund based on the circumstances.

6.3 These terms shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
